These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of LaimonTree (the "Service"), provided by the LaimonTree team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent ("you").
1. The Service
LaimonTree is a workflow tool for running organizational design engagements — including stakeholder interviews, diagnostics, scenario design and unit assignments. We may add, change or discontinue features of the Service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, credits and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits consumed as the Service performs work; credits do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
4. Free trials
We may offer a free trial period. We reserve the right to modify or end trial offers, and to limit eligibility, at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law; upload content you do not have the right to share, including interview data collected without a proper basis; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the data, interview responses, scenarios and other content you or your interviewees submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the appropriate rights and consents to submit Your Content, including consent from interview participants where required.
7. Confidentiality
Org design engagements often involve sensitive organizational information. We treat Your Content as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and underlying methodology, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LaimonTree is a tool to support organizational design work; it does not replace professional judgment, and we make no guarantee about the outcome of any engagement run through the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms or for non-payment. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated to active account holders.
